Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This site (quantumbeard.ai) is operated by Forge Core Systems, LLC (“Quantum Beard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide directly, including:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • the contents of messages you send through the contact form
  • the answers and any optional notes you submit when you use the Signal Profile, including what you tell us about your AI system
  • information you submit when signing up for The Assured AI newsletter or other updates

We also process limited technical information automatically when you use the site, such as your IP address and basic request information (for example, browser and device type). This is handled by our hosting and security provider and used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. The site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use information

We use information we collect to:

  • respond to messages and inquiries
  • generate and deliver your Signal Profile
  • send requested updates, newsletters, or other communications
  • operate, maintain, and improve the site
  • monitor performance, reliability, and abuse, and apply rate limiting
  • protect the site and its users

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires it, we process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for example, when you subscribe to The Assured AI newsletter or submit a form.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the site, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.

Email and communications

If you contact us, request your Signal Profile, or subscribe to updates, we use your information to send you the communication you requested.

Email delivery and related communication infrastructure are handled through a third-party provider, Resend.

You can unsubscribe from The Assured AI newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every issue, or by contacting us directly.

Third-party services

We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the site and its features:

  • email delivery (Resend)
  • hosting, storage, and infrastructure (Cloudflare)

Your Signal Profile is generated automatically from the options you select, using fixed rules on our own infrastructure — it is not produced by a third-party AI model. Any optional notes you add are stored with your submission and are not used to generate your result.

International data transfers

We operate from the United States, and our service providers (including Cloudflare and Resend) may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics, and does not run third-party analytics tools. If we introduce essential or functional cookies in the future, we will update this policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, maintain requested communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of the site.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit personal information through forms on the site.

If you want to unsubscribe from communications, update your information, or ask a privacy-related question, contact us through the site’s contact page.

  • the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to request access to it
  • the right to request correction of inaccurate information
  • the right to request deletion of your information
  • the right to request a copy of your information in a portable format
  • the right to object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
